This is a self paced program. It was designed for busy moms to be able to fit it into your schedule.
This program will help you build a solid foundation with a strong focus on aiding you in returning to exercise in the postpartum period. You will regain your strength and core control for everyday life activities such as picking up the car seat, picking up your child, and it will help you increase your energy for your unique everyday lifestyle.
This program was specifically designed for new moms and moms to help them increase their energy, feel good in their bodies and help them reduce and alleviate stress and most importantly by helping moms feel better mentally.

This program will help you feel stronger and more confident in your daily activities that demand you to be constantly recruiting your core and overall strength. Many moms can feel weak and disconnected from their core/pelvic floor after having a child.
ANDFIT Active will help you rebuild the mind-body connection which can help prevent physical injuries and aid in postpartum recovery by navigating the new physical and mental demands of being a new mom.
Who is this program for?
New Moms that have had a baby, vaginally or through cesarean recently or you can also be several years postpartum as well. You do not need to be a brand new mom.
This program is a good fit if you have delivered a baby recently and you feel like you are ready to resume low impact movement within your home. And you have stopped postpartum bleeding and do not have any ongoing infections or post complications after delivery.
This program is also a good fit for women who have had a baby several years ago and want to return to exercise and need a gentle program to help them gain strength gradually.
This program is for women that have not exercised for a significant period of time and need to ease back into movement. We encourage moms to always get a baseline assessment with a qualified pelvic floor physiotherapist before resuming exercise.
However because this program is low impact and focuses on slowly rebuilding the core and strength, having an appointment before starting the program is not always necessary. However this program cannot be substituted for medical advice. This program is not to be used as medical advice and cannot be substituted for a prescribed physiotherapy individualized program
